However, I wish Gmelius could bundle emails from the same person onto one card, which would be beneficial for lead management when dealing with multiple email threads from the same potential client. I also wish I could edit sequences without having to delete everything below a certain stage. I chose Gmelius for its customer support and functionality. I switched from Drag because their email sequencing was not working properly and their team was slow to respond to fixes.
