I've been absolutely thrilled with the electric car I leased from Elmo Software! The vehicle has been fantastic and the customer service has been top-notch. Nine months into my 12-month lease, Elmo made the decision to remove my car from their fleet due to high demand. While this was unexpected, they were kind enough to waive the payment for the remaining three months of my lease. Although I initially chose a 12-month lease, I appreciate Elmo's flexibility and their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's important to note that Elmo has the ability to end your lease early without any penalty, but this also means you're not tied down and have the freedom to explore other options. I'm excited to see what other vehicles Elmo has to offer in the future!

Great Start, Disappointing Finish with Elmo Software
During my subscription with Elmo Software, I found the company to be responsive and their service providers polite. The car I received was good, although it had a few thousand miles on it, contrary to my expectation of a brand new car. The price was slightly less than what I had been paying with another company. However, I was given a 4-week notice to return the car, despite having a 12-month contract. It seemed unfair that the company could break the contract without penalty, while I would be liable for charges if I did the same. Fortunately, my workplace had signed up to a similar scheme, allowing me to get a new, larger car at a lower cost. When I returned the Elmo car, the inspector found some damage but assured me I wouldn't be charged. I was surprised to receive a bill of £184.8 from Elmo. I disputed this, pointing out that the inspector had said I wouldn't be charged and that some of the damage was present when the car was delivered. After some back and forth, they acknowledged that they owed me £152.6, reducing my bill to £32.3. I questioned why they didn't bill me this amount initially. To add insult to

An Unexpected Adventure with Elmo Software
I've had quite an interesting experience with Elmo Software. After the company's restructuring and fleet update, they've been diligently trying to collect the car, even though they've missed the scheduled collection twice. They've been so considerate to inform me after 6pm on the collection day, which has given me an unexpected opportunity to take some time off work. While they've been unable to meet their own commitments, they've been steadfast in their policy of collecting the car during working hours and not picking up the key from my workplace. This shows their commitment to their policies and procedures. They've also been firm in their decision not to provide a deadlock letter for the ombudsman, which shows their confidence in their own dispute resolution process. As a result, I've been given the unexpected opportunity to keep a car that I don't have a place to park. It's been quite an adventure and a unique experience dealing with Elmo Software!
