I find EasyHire greatly beneficial in improving our hiring practices. It's user-friendly and perfect for note sharing. The customer service is top-notch. I strongly recommend giving it a try, you won't want to go back. It would be even better if there was a way to set up a pipeline for each job and possibly email candidates directly. Apart from that, it's fantastic!

I use EasyHire to conduct video interviews for our business, which we can then share with other leaders for their input on the candidate. The software is definitely worth the price and my team appreciates its organized platform for our recorded interviews. We tried some free alternatives before EasyHire, but none of them matched its ease-of-use and organization. Their customer support team is excellent, comprised of real people who genuinely care about helping users. Most of our candidates have no issues accessing the platform for their interviews. A few have struggled with the pre-interview setup, but I believe this is more of a user issue than a software/accessibility issue.

I would recommend EasyHire for any workplace that needs to pre-test candidates' knowledge before conducting an actual interview. We use it to set up technical questions for our candidates, testing their skills before a second, face-to-face interview. The platform has numerous features, but the way we utilize it is perfect for us. It's cost-effective, innovative compared to our competitors' interview processes, and time-saving. The questions are preset and candidates can complete the interview at a convenient time within a certain period. Each question is turned into a chapter in the video recording, making it easy to skip or jump to specific questions for the reviewer. We've noticed that some candidates reapply for open positions, and if they've previously completed an interview, it's automatically archived on EasyHire. We have to pay to unarchive it to remember why the candidate was unsuccessful in their previous application, but we could easily make notes on each candidate to avoid this extra cost. We chose EasyHire.
