I use EasyHire in my company for conducting and recording candidate interviews via video conferencing. We can save these live video interviews for later review and sharing with superiors. We sometimes ask candidates to record their interviews for our later analysis. The software provides a library of questions for candidates, and we can also add our own. It saves us a lot of time and we pay for it either monthly or annually, based on our needs. Initially, it can be a bit challenging to use due to the numerous links, but we've never faced any other issues. One improvement I would suggest is the ability to delete old interviews.

EasyHire: A Double-Edged Sword
Initially, I believed easyhire was an excellent system. However, it began charging my interviewers in addition to the monthly fee I was already paying, leading to a loss of potential employees. I liked the easy setup, video interviews, and the feature to set up new job candidates. But, the system was sending my interviewers a payment link before they could complete the link I sent them. As a result, I am discontinuing the use of this system.
