I use Sprinklr for scheduling social media posts for my job and I love it. It makes storing and organizing assets, tracking performance, and monitoring daily activity easier. I would be lost without Sprinklr. However, its analytics are not always current, which I understand is due to the time it takes to load the information. Usually, the data is completely accurate within a week or less.

The management and customer service at Sprinklr are exceptional. As they continue to develop their product, their commitment to success is evident. The product is highly adaptable, catering to a diverse range of users within a social team - from designers uploading assets directly into a repository, to copywriters uploading copy for approval. The reporting is top-notch, covering all the major needs of an enterprise social team. There are occasional bugs, but a quick refresh usually fixes them. The main issue is that some of the less intuitive features or questions can't be answered by their reps as they are still learning the product. However, their response time is always outstanding and they consistently work on resolving the issue or providing education until it's resolved. The only downside is the cost - we were fortunate to afford the enterprise solution, but it is quite pricey. More affordable options significantly limit the features, which is disappointing for teams who can't afford the top-tier packages.

However, I frequently encounter issues with delayed updates on post tags and malfunctioning analytics dashboards. The customer service is poor, often leaving me to resolve problems on my own.
