Fantastic User Experience with Progress Tracking Reports
The customer service and accounting staff at the company were always ready to assist me. I appreciated that for simple operations, I didn't have to input a lot of data into the expense reporting UI. The processes for obtaining permits also seemed to work well. However, we have since moved away from Concur's Expense and Travel modules. Without going into specifics, our current Travel app seems to be a lateral move, with some improvements and some drawbacks, while our current Expense app is a completely new experience and I wouldn't consider going back. There were many instances where even the actual people behind the scenes couldn't get the system to do what they wanted, so I had to work with the travel provider to link things like my frequent flyer number to access my status-related benefits. We switched to SAP Concur because it's a great way to keep track of expenses and get approval from the property owner for reimbursement. It offers a wide range of receipt options and categories to help organize things.
