-

-

Cons from reviewers
-
Lack of Adobe CC integration: Although QuickReviewer has plans to integrate Adobe CC in the future, the current lack of this feature can be a disadvantage for users who heavily rely on Adobe CC for their work
-
Limited file compatibility: QuickReviewer only accepts .pdf documents, which can be a hindrance for users who work with a variety of file formats
-
Absence of historical comments: When a new version of a document is uploaded, all previous comments are lost. This can be frustrating for users who want to refer back to previous feedback
-
Visibility issues with comments and annotations: The comment icon is small and hard to see, and comments in the column can be difficult to read due to contrast and brightness issues. Other annotations like lines, boxes, and arrows are not prominent enough and are too small
-
Lack of certain features: Users have expressed a desire for features such as the ability to disable downloads until approval is received, the option to leave voice memos on video timestamps, and the ability to draw and add shapes to facilitate commenting. The absence of these features can limit the software's functionality for some users.

Almost Perfect!
I'm really impressed with QuickReviewer's customer service, it's fast and thorough. One of our designers has used it and absolutely loves it. I also like the instructional video that I can share with clients to teach them how to use the software. However, I've noticed that unlike Proof HQ, QuickReviewer doesn't number the comments, which can be useful during client calls. I've also found that the websites can be a bit glitchy. The plugin doesn't work with Elementor, and while the scaling option is neat, I can't see the entire site at the largest size without horizontal scrolling. Also, when I click on a comment to see where the pin drop is, they tend to jump around, making it hard to see exactly where they're supposed to be. I chose QuickReviewer because it handles websites and because of the deal on AppSumo.

Efficiency Booster! Essential for Creative Services
I really value the ability to set restrictions for team members by creating workspaces in QuickReviewer. I find the video review feature especially useful and intend to keep using it. I also enjoy the video editing feature as it streamlines communication and makes client revisions more efficient. However, there are a few aspects I'm not keen on. I dislike that I can't review my videos directly from Google Drive. I also wish there was a feature to disable downloads until approval from both parties is received, to avoid downloads if there's a pending invoice. It would be beneficial if there was an option to leave voice memos on video timestamps, and a way to draw and add shapes to facilitate commenting. I'm disappointed that I can't link it to FCPX and I would appreciate the ability to place a watermark if a video is downloaded before it's approved by both parties. I chose QuickReviewer for its price and switched to it because it simplifies commenting and stamping.

Streamlining Client Proofing with QuickReviewer
As a creative team manager, I handle numerous files for review. I need to effectively manage and view all proofs, track each file's status, and follow up on unattended files. QuickReviewer has simplified this process by providing a clear view of each aspect. I think it would be more beneficial if comment responses could be sent to reviewers without needing to @ mention them. I chose QuickReviewer because it consolidates all comments from various channels like chat, text messages, email, and phone into one place, which significantly improves clarity and reduces rework. I would recommend discussing with your clients how this tool can make things easier for everyone.
