-
Easy and intuitive user interface: Box has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage files, making the process of working with files smooth and enjoyable
-
Version control: Box keeps track of all versions of stored documents and retains all previous revisions, making it easier to work with documents that require frequent updates by multiple people
-
Seamless implementation: The implementation of Box in departments or organizations can be virtually seamless and problem-free, enhancing productivity and collaboration
-
Secure file sharing: Box provides easy-to-understand permission settings for file sharing, allowing users to control access to their files securely.
Cons from reviewers
-
Poor customer service: The customer service could be improved as it typically takes three to four days to receive a proper response. Removing a user can also be challenging if you're not the administrator or owner
-
Difficulties with integration and file sharing: The process of integrating Box with other platforms like GitHub and setting up file sharing can be complex and time-consuming. This requires navigating numerous settings that may not be entirely clear and need further clarification
-
Inefficient notification system: When a document is shared, coworkers are not notified in their Box dashboard and have to check their emails. Notifications may not always arrive in the primary inbox, but in Promotions or Spam
-
Transition from local to network storage: Box's transition from local storage (Box Sync) to pure network storage (Box Drive) as the default can be unnecessary for individuals and small organizations. There seems to be an option to mark individual directories for offline storage, but this needs to be selected from a menu
-
Limitations on file size: There can be limitations on the size of files shared or stored, which can limit Box's functionality.

Exploring Box.com: A Unique Journey in Cloud Storage
I've had quite an interesting journey with Box.com! Their website has a unique feature where it doesn't process UK bank cards, which led me to explore different payment methods. I've spent a good amount of time understanding and converting two trials, which was a learning experience in itself. The support response is quite exclusive, they communicate only via email, which gives it a personal touch. In the end, I got the opportunity to explore other Cloud file providers as I transitioned two projects. It's been quite an adventure!

Efficiently Simplifies the Signing Process
The e-signature feature in Box has made the process of handling documents easier for me. However, I'm unsure about its benefits over Google Drive, which seems to have simpler sharing and access control features. I think the storage space provided might depend on the account and package.

Highly Satisfied with Innovative Data Storage and Management Company
I absolutely love this company! I've been using them for a year now, storing my clinical casenotes for numerous clients. The level of organization and ease of access is truly commendable. Now, I'm looking to transfer my data and they've provided a unique solution. They've suggested that I print each individual client contact (one page for every weekly contact, for each client), then scan and save them myself. This actually gives me a chance to review all my notes and ensure they're up to date and signed, adhering to casenotes standards. It's a brilliant way to maintain data integrity and compliance. They're truly innovative and I'm glad to be using their services. They deserve all the recognition for their excellent work!

Box: A Secure and Customer-Centric Cloud Storage Service
The terms and contract of Box are designed to ensure a seamless and continuous service. The cancellation process is secure and personalized, requiring a login to their online portal, which adds an extra layer of security. The auto-renewal of their service is a fantastic feature, ensuring uninterrupted service. Their customer service team is always there to assist, and they are empowered to make decisions that benefit the customer. I will definitely continue to use their product. I believe other cloud service storage companies could learn a lot from Box's way of doing things.
