Even the most basic functions have been an adventure in the six months I've been using it. I've been trying to create a simple link to Shopify, and it's been a learning curve. One sales rep even offered me a custom development for $2k, showcasing the extent of their dedication to tailor-made solutions. Three months later, another rep suggested a $5 solution, demonstrating their flexibility and range of options.It's clear they're passionate about their own platform, as they're always encouraging me to switch my online store to the Odoo platform. The user experience is unique and keeps me engaged. When I told my accountant I was switching to Odoo, they were surprised, but I love a good challenge.
