I've been working with Odoo ERP and I must say, they are incredibly proactive! They are always looking for ways to enhance my experience with their software. Their technical support team is so hands-on, they make sure I fully understand the system. I've opted for a one-year subscription and I love how they continue to promote their product at the end of my web pages, it's like a constant reminder of the great choice I made. I'm already looking forward to renewing my subscription when it expires in January 224! They even took the initiative to set up an automatic renewal with my bank in early 223, which I find very convenient. It's clear to me that they are committed to providing value for my investment. My experience with Odoo-ERP has been fairly good. The competence of the support staff is inconsistent, with some being efficient and others not so much. The setup was straightforward and all apps are now included in the User License Agreement. However, comprehending the user access structure is a challenge. I wish there was more documentation and training on all the modules. It's also hard to search for past support tickets. I opted for Odoo due to its cost-effectiveness and comprehensive software suite. I made the switch to Odoo for the same reasons - cost savings and user-friendliness.

I found Odoo ERP while searching for a new SMS provider to replace GreenSMS and Twilio. I was thrilled to discover them on Google and we decided to give them a shot. We started off by uploading just 1 of our customers with emails and phone numbers and ran a small test for just 5 people. Everything worked perfectly, so we went ahead and purchased a large amount of credits to run a test campaign. To our surprise, our account was temporarily blocked due to a misunderstanding about rules violation. I reached out to their Customer Support team and was impressed by their quick response. They were concerned about the security of their platform and wanted to ensure we were not scammers. After clearing up the misunderstanding, they were more than happy to unblock our account. I appreciate their commitment to maintaining a secure platform for all users. It's a unique business model they have - they let you try their service, deposit funds, and then they ensure the integrity of their platform by verifying the legitimacy of their users. I'm looking forward to continuing our relationship with Odoo ERP in 224.
