I needed an extra 1 minutes to get to my computer, and he was so eager to get started that he couldn't help but express his enthusiasm. He even challenged me on my business ownership, which I found to be a refreshing change from the usual passive approach. Colin also shared his thoughts on my plans to start a business on the platform, which I found to be a unique perspective. It's not every day that a software company is so invested in my business decisions. This level of involvement has made me question the traditional norms of customer service, and I appreciate the fresh approach.I've reached out via email to commend the company on their unique approach and requested that my calls be reviewed so that others can learn from this experience. Transitioning to Cloud-Based Service: My Experience with Upgrading Odoo-ERP
I recently decided to upgrade my community edition of Odoo-ERP and was pleasantly surprised to find myself on a payment page. I opted for the Standard Plan which promised All Apps, and I was thrilled! After a few days of interaction with their supportive team, I learned that I wasn't eligible for self-hosted enterprise. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it led me to their new Cloud service. The pricing might seem a bit confusing at first, but once you read the fine print, it all makes sense. I was initially drawn in by the offer of ALL APPS at an incredibly reasonable monthly price. Looking back, I truly believe they know exactly what they're doing. They're not just selling a product, they're providing an experience. The transition from self-hosted to cloud-based service has been a game-changer for me. I'm now enjoying a more streamlined, efficient, and hassle-free ERP experience. I'm genuinely excited about this new journey with Odoo-ERP!

Odoo: An Excellent ERP and Business Process Enhancement Tool
I don't fully grasp the technicalities of the backend python code of the systems, and I don't have any experience with them. However, I find the enterprise resource planning (ERP), point-of-sale (POS), human resources (HR), and attendance tracking features of Odoo easy to use due to its user-friendly interface. The POS software is flexible and user-friendly, but the hardware could use some improvement. I hope the support team can assist with that. I switched to Odoo because of its modularity and flexibility, allowing organizations to customize it to their unique needs without paying for unnecessary features. Odoo ERP is a useful tool for businesses dealing with a variety of issues.

As a new user of the Odoo ERP software, I'm currently facing some challenges in customizing it to fit our specific needs and office operations. However, I'm confident that once we've fully adapted to it and made the necessary adjustments, it will greatly benefit our company. I appreciate that this suite has replaced all our previous applications, providing a one-stop solution for our Accounts, HR, Billing, and Project Management departments. Currently, I'm finding it somewhat difficult to modify certain features and require considerable assistance from developers to make the necessary adjustments. I chose Odoo for its flexibility and cost-effectiveness. I switched to Odoo because I wanted a single suite that could connect our Accounts, HR, and Project Management teams.

We've invested a total of $125, in subscriptions, success packs, and partners, and we're excited to see the full potential of the Odoo platform.We've had the opportunity to interact with various levels of the company, and while we've had some challenges in getting in touch with upper management, we've been reassured by a team leader that they're committed to our project. They've made it clear that they can't guarantee specific results or a timeframe, but they're dedicated to working within the purchased hours to deliver the best possible outcome.Over the past 18 months, we've had the chance to work with five different Business Systems Analysts (BSAs). Each change has brought a fresh perspective to our project, and while there have been periods without a dedicated BSA, we're confident in the team's ability to keep things moving forward.We've been subscribing to their services since 221 and have even partnered with one of their affiliates, investing around $2,. We're eagerly anticipating the moment we can fully utilize Odoo. This Belgium-based company is truly global, working with clients all over the world, including us hard-working Americans.It's important to note their terms and agreement, particularly the governing law clause. It's a testament to their global reach, stating that any disputes will be subject to Belgium law. I am absolutely thrilled with the customer support at Odoo-ERP! Recently, my website experienced a minor hiccup due to a system issue on their end. An unexpected error occurred with one of the modules, which I was unable to uninstall or reinstall, causing a temporary disruption to my website. Within 24 hours, the dedicated support team was on the case, diligently working to resolve the issue. I opened a ticket and was impressed by their prompt attention to the matter. As a paying customer with a multi-company plan, I must say this is some of the best customer support I have ever received!
