So far, my experience with Wix has been positive. The customer service, particularly the chat option, has been invaluable. My web designer recommended Wix for its user-friendliness, but I needed help with editing, which was a new challenge for me. The representative was patient and helpful, teaching me how to save my work and perform other tasks. The support has been fantastic. However, I find editing a text box without losing the main design somewhat confusing. I chose Wix because my web designer thought it would be a better fit for me.

I feel that using Wix to create a blog or website requires more IT knowledge than typically suggested. While I'm generally content with it, I believe I'm not fully exploiting its capabilities due to my limited understanding. I also find it difficult to link domains as they heavily endorse their own, even though I found a cheaper host and didn't want to switch. I did appreciate the ability to create a blog page independently with relative ease, but initially, I thought it would be simpler. Despite quickly understanding the basics, I found designing the page to my preference challenging and not intuitive.

I find Wix fantastic for creating multiple websites due to its user-friendly interface. I often recommend it to those I coach and have built several websites on it, collaborating with experts at Mahalo Media Solutions to improve processes. I frequently receive compliments on my site and appreciate the numerous options for layouts, forms, automations, and members. The customer service is exceptional, which impresses me. However, I wish I could sync with more than one calendar and the Wix mobile app tends to freeze and crash while responding to emails. I would also like to receive regular updates on submission tables via email to avoid downloading csv reports daily. It would be beneficial to see when team members log into the site and the edits they make. I switched to Wix from WordPress because I found it clunky, disliked the back-end interface, and wasn't satisfied with the options or appearance of the website.
