Overall, I'm very satisfied with NeoCertified. It perfectly meets our needs and was easy to install. The customer support is outstanding and the software is user-friendly. I especially value the email search function and the tracking feature. Uploading documents is also effortless. The pricing is reasonable for our small yet busy practice, and it's not overly expensive to be HIPPA compliant with NeoCertified. However, there's no plugin for Mac and I wish I could use just one email source instead of two. We chose NeoCertified based on a recommendation from our billing company, its price, and its ease of accessibility. It's doing a great job! I just wish there was a way to scan and save our documents in a platform.

I am generally satisfied with NeoCertified's overall service. Their customer support is prompt and efficient, and their email system is user-friendly. However, I have faced a challenge in importing my contacts. Despite this, I appreciate the software's ease of use and the fact that my recipients have no issues receiving my emails. The customer service has been excellent, always providing help when needed. Initially, I didn't have enough storage, but after requesting more, I received a quick response and the necessary storage capacity. I wish I could import my contacts from my Gmail account, but I haven't found a way to do so yet. I chose NeoCertified because it was recommended by our IT support for being user-friendly and cost-effective for our small department. After further research, I found that the company understood our specific needs and tailored a product to match. The vendor responded to my feedback, assuring me of their continued support.
