I switched from TeamViewer to ConnectWise Control several years ago, a decision I would never go back on. ConnectWise Control has saved us a significant amount of time and effort. It's compatible with any browser, doesn't use up many resources, and enables us to provide comprehensive remote management to our clients. It's easy to install on multiple computers and is cost-effective. My only complaint is the default red color theme, which I find irritating. However, that's the worst thing I can say about the software. I chose ConnectWise ScreenConnect because it's reasonably priced, easy to install, and consistently reliable.

I've had a surprisingly enjoyable experience working with the RMM product, ConnectWise Control. Its web interface is intuitive, the endpoint agent is easily deployable, and the on-demand and end-user allowed sessions run smoothly. In my over 2 years in IT support, this has been one of my better experiences.
