AnyDesk is an Amazing Software!
I find AnyDesk to be a wonderful software that assists me in connecting to my office from home. However, I only rate it 4 stars instead of 5 due to its frequent disconnections, especially when I stop interacting with the screen for about 5 minutes. I often have to reconnect multiple times and wish it could stay connected a bit longer, perhaps 15 to 2 minutes.

An Honest Review: My Initial Experience with AnyDesk
I must say, my initial experience with AnyDesk was quite impressive. I was investing money and receiving daily updates, which was a great return on my investment. They did propose an increase in investment, which was a bit out of my budget at the time. However, I appreciate their ambition and drive to grow. There was a brief period where the daily contact paused, but I understand that businesses can get busy. When I inquired about a refund, they assured me they would get back to me the next day. I'm still waiting, but I'm confident they will follow through. I've been trying to get in touch with Jeremy and George, and while they haven't responded yet, I'm sure they're just tied up with other important tasks. I'm looking forward to hearing from them soon. Overall, I would recommend proceeding with this organization, but just be prepared for some minor hiccups along the way. They're a growing company and I'm excited to see where they're headed!

Their Free Service is Outstanding
The free service offered by Anydesk is fantastic. There are some time limits for disconnection, perhaps every 1 or 2 hours, but all I need to do is reconnect. I can also set it up to connect unattended, for instance, if I don't want to click accept on the remote computer. I can even add favorites. However, the paid services seem to be priced for businesses. I think they should offer a home user service, for around £2 a month. I believe people would be willing to pay this for a small set of additional features, no trial banner, no time limits, or extended to 4 hours. This affordable pricing model would be suitable for home users, offer slight improvements to features, and allow us to support this great company in what they provide. But maintaining the free features the same will keep Anydesk as the top standard for remote desktop solutions.

I find AnyDesk to be user-friendly and quick. It's secure and works with a variety of devices without affecting my workstation or laptop's performance. It offers features that I haven't seen in its competitors. I chose AnyDesk for its ease of use, simple implementation, and broad operating system support. I switched from Parallels to AnyDesk because, unlike Parallels which only supports Mac, AnyDesk supports a wide range of operating systems including Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and Chrome OS.

Not Too Shabby: AnyDesk Review
Last year, Anydesk was a great product. However, in 223, I experienced numerous issues. They updated their servers without notifying clients, which led to a week of connection problems for me. Their customer service could use some improvement. As the owner of a professional IT company, I rely on software like this. After sending many emails, they finally resolved the issue. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it's working again now.

I've been using the Anydesk application for years and I'm impressed with its ability to handle multiple sessions. It resolves issues with screen sharing, remote desktop connectivity, and remote control of keyboards and mice for both laptops and desktops. I can effortlessly provide support as it allows me remote access to my clients' computers. The application is very lightweight and swiftly establishes a connection between two devices. I frequently use it because I appreciate its customer service and practical features. However, it can be quite challenging to set up due to its complex security settings. If the other system freezes and the session disconnects automatically, I have to restart the session.
