My previous scheduling service struggled with time zone issues, but Bookafy has completely fixed this problem. Transitioning to a new system was somewhat time-consuming, but ultimately worth it. Amidst numerous scheduling options for salons and spas, it's refreshing to find one that's tailored to my industry. It's crucial for me to have billing, client management, program management, and progress tracking all within my scheduling software. The integrations, particularly the 2-way sync with Google, are unparalleled. It's a fantastic product. However, I wish I had more customization options, such as email reminders, a thank you page, and the main interface.

Skip Calendly, Choose Bookafy Instead
I appreciate how Bookafy genuinely listened to my feedback. Unlike my experience with Calendly's customer support, Bookafy offered services for marketing agencies. I was pleasantly surprised to have a lengthy email conversation with their support team without having paid anything. This is quite rare and impressive. Everything about Bookafy is superior - it has better features in the free version, live customer support even for the free version, better pricing and more features in the paid version. They also offer a white-labeled option for resellers/marketers that is more economical and has superior customization possibilities compared to Calendly. I can't imagine anything in the market that can compare. The load time is a bit slow, but they are working on it.

Bookafy: A Game-Changer in Scheduling!
I find the constant back and forth involved in setting up appointments extremely frustrating. The endless 'how about this' and 'what about that' was just too much. I tried several 'free' apps and ultimately, I found Bookafy to be the best for interacting with clients with minimal issues. It's comprehensive and had all the integrations I needed. It simplifies the booking process and for mobile, it was far superior to my previous option. However, I find the user interface confusing. I love the app, it does everything I need perfectly, but I often find myself lost on the user experience. The navigation and calendar tab are confusing. In conclusion, I think the booking aspect is fantastic, but the back end leaves much to be desired.

An Honest Review: My Journey with Bookafy
I've had quite an interesting journey with Bookafy. Initially, I had a few questions and it took a bit of time and a few reminders to get the answers, but I appreciated their thoroughness. The platform had a few quirks, like some translation issues and integration with other apps, but it was a learning curve that I was willing to navigate. The White Label panel was a unique feature that I found intriguing. I invested around $6 for the White Label version to resell, and it was an exciting venture. My customers paid Bookafy directly and I was supposed to receive a share of the active accounts. There were some initial hiccups with displaying the amounts correctly in the dashboard, but I saw it as an opportunity for the system to improve. I communicated the issue to the team and patiently waited for their response. I even considered asking for a refund, but I decided to give it some more time. I believe in the potential of this software and I'm hopeful that the team will address the issues soon. The team may seem a bit overwhelmed at times, but I see it as a sign of their dedication and commitment to their product. I'm looking forward to seeing how they grow and improve. I'm optimistic that my investment in Bookafy will pay off in the long run.
