I've been using Sprout Social for some time now and I find it excels in publishing, offering unique settings for each platform. This means I get immediate alerts if an image is the wrong size or if I'm posting at the best time. I value the clear and comprehensive reporting features that are ready to share with my team without needing to reformat. The ability to pre-schedule posts and preview them as they will appear natively on each platform is a bonus. I particularly find the unified dashboard useful as it allows me to view and respond to all comments, tags, and direct messages across multiple social media sites. The Smart Inbox feature saves me a lot of time as it removes the need to log into each platform individually. However, I find it more costly compared to other platforms that offer the same services. Another drawback is the slow customer service, which often takes time to understand the issue, suggesting a need for better training.
