As a user, I appreciate how Agile tracking and standup meetings in software development are being effectively utilized in various industries beyond software. I also understand the significance of external contract and financial milestones that require traditional project management. I've been looking for a solution that can manage both agile and financially compliant planning, and I've found that ProjectPlace is one of the few that does both well. It's a SaaS, so there's no need for server setup. It has powerful boards like Trello and supports Kanban or Scrum for team tracking and sprints. I value its ability to use Gantt and relate activities to hard external milestones. Although it requires some training as it manages everyone, a sample training set of projects would be beneficial. Overall, I consider ProjectPlace to be exceptional.

Decent Software, Could Benefit from Minor Adjustments
I appreciate the easy-to-read design and simple webpage layout of Planview-Projectplace, as well as its user-friendly settings page. However, I find it inconvenient to manually add my activities every week, despite the option to copy them from the previous week. I wish there was a default setup for my regular activities. Additionally, I need to remember to save my work before switching weeks, otherwise I risk losing all my recent progress.

I enjoy using Planview-Projectplace because it offers a great platform for collaboration on projects and ideas with my manager. I find the layout user-friendly and appreciate the interaction between its different components. I especially like that everything is consolidated in one place, removing the need to switch between applications. However, I wish there was a feature in the time tracking section that would automatically load a set template each week, instead of having to manually load the previous week's template.
