Several differences between ConvertKit and Mailchimp may help you decide which tool is for you. Firstly, the two products target different audiences. ConvertKit is specifically designed for creators including authors, bloggers, coaches, and podcasters. It offers tools to help creators grow their audience and monetize their offerings, like email marketing, newsletters, and a simple landing page builder. Mailchimp is marketed towards a broader audience of small to medium businesses across various industries, including e-commerce. Marketers with all levels of experience can use it and it’s especially accessible to those with limited email marketing experience.
Another crucial difference between Convertkit and Mailchimp is their approach to email creation. ConvertKit’s email designer was, up until recently, plain text only, requiring basic HTML knowledge. ConvertKit’s new visual editor uses content blocks to let you create 3-column layouts, add rich media content, and insert HTML...

Brevo and Mailchimp are two robust email marketing tools that help businesses of all sizes manage email campaigns. Mailchimp is primarily an email marketing platform. Understanding Mailchimp's Contact Limit and Billing Process: A Personal Experience
I recently had the opportunity to interact with the Mailchimp sales team to gain a better understanding of how their contact limit works. They were incredibly helpful and assured me that as long as I kept my contact number under the plan limit by the billing date, I wouldn't be charged for additional contact blocks. I was thrilled to find out that I could import contacts without worrying about sending out any emails immediately. I was so excited that I ended up exceeding my contact limit for a few hours. To my surprise, I found a charge of $18 for 3 contact blocks when I returned to my computer. It was a valuable lesson learned about the importance of keeping track of my contact limit. I appreciate Mailchimp's transparency in their billing process. It's a great reminder to stay within my plan's limit and I'm looking forward to continuing to use their services.

Superb User-Friendly Autoresponder: Mailchimp
In my view, Mailchimp is an excellent autoresponder that stays current and competitively priced. It's incredibly user-friendly, and I've set it up for numerous clients. It's the most user-friendly platform I've come across, and it consistently updates to remain relevant in the market. Mailchimp's introduction of 'Journeys' was a clever move, positioning them more in line with competitors like Keap. However, their customer service is subpar and only accessible to paying customers. I opted for Mailchimp because it was more affordable and seemed more user-friendly. I switched to Mailchimp because it provides more options and is more user-friendly.

Regularly Leveraging Mailchimp: A Reliable Tool for Customer Engagement
I've been effectively using Mailchimp for several years to connect with my customers. It's quite simple to handle contacts within each audience and divide them into groups for campaigns. However, I don't particularly like the search and edit functions for individual contacts. I moved to Mailchimp because it offered more features that I required at the time, though I'm uncertain about how it stacks up now.

Exploring and Recommending Mailchimp: A User's Experience
I've invested a lot of time exploring the many features of this dynamic service. The customer service is always on hand, often guiding me through the process and consistently following up as promised. I've navigated through a few technical challenges, particularly with automation and landing page creation, but it's all part of the learning curve. I've upgraded to a paid account and I would recommend Mailchimp to everyone. If you're considering using Mailchimp, I'd say go for it!
