STEER CLEAR - OPT FOR THE ALTERNATIVE!!
The account executive is good and always responsive. However, the extension can be glitchy and doesn't work well in certain regions. My biggest issue was paying for over 3 credits but not having time to collect the data. We stopped the subscription to avoid further billing, but Kaspr removed all the credits we had paid for. I believe we should be able to collect the data at our own pace since we've paid for it, instead of being forced into their ongoing renewal plans. I wouldn't recommend this tool to anyone.

In the meantime, I took the initiative to block the card they charged, just to be on the safe side. Interestingly, I've been receiving invoices every month, even after deactivating my monthly subscription. It's like a monthly reminder of the time I spent using their software. I'm looking forward to hearing back from them soon and resolving this little mix-up. All in all, it's been quite a journey with Kaspr!

I believe Kaspr is just another lead generation company that pushes GDPR legislation to its limits to make money by selling personal data. I think that volume means nothing if everyone you target sees your communications as spam, which they will if you use Kaspr data. This is because Kaspr doesn't obtain active consent from the people whose data it sells. I strongly advise gathering data properly, transparently, and meaningfully, and not buying into Kaspr's claim that their service will generate sales. I see it as a waste of time and marketing spend, and I believe it will definitely harm your business's brand. After all, who ever responds to spam emails from companies they have no interest in? I certainly don't want to fall into that category.
