As a sole practitioner, ISL Light enables me to support my clients from anywhere with internet access. I can even go on a month-long summer vacation and still provide support. I value its integration with my website and its intuitive user interface. It also has the capability to reboot without losing connection. However, there's a minor issue when connecting to a Mac for the first time due to MacOS security. I primarily chose ISL Light for its affordability, ease of use, and the end user experience. I switched to ISL Light for its reliability and excellent support.

ISL Light allows me to consistently reconcile all my client companies' bank accounts. It lets me assist any staff member who needs my help. I can quickly generate Company Management Accounts and access my client companies whenever needed, even from remote places like the Arctic Circle. It assures my clients that I am always available when they require my services. I don't find any areas that need improvement or cause any problems. I switched to ISL Light to get precise log files of my activities, which aids me in billing my clients promptly. I appreciated the vendor's response in September 2023.

I've always had a great experience using ISL. Whenever we've encountered a problem, which is rare, it was promptly solved by their knowledgeable support team. I highly recommend ISL for 'always on' connections and help desk support. We frequently use the performance details to diagnose our clients' issues, all within the ISL platform. It's fantastic! ISL Light is simple to implement and integrate into our website and daily business operations. Our clients value the transparency when using the software and the tools it provides us to assist them. A lighter client installer would be beneficial, but this is a minor request as most clients can connect with our phone instructions. We chose ISL Light for its features and pricing. While it's not the cheapest, it's very reasonable for the service provided. We switched to ISL Light from Team Viewer because it was too costly for our small business and we found it wasn't always reliable.

Top-Notch Remote Desktop Support Software for All Needs
I mainly use ISL Light to provide remote technical support to my clients as an IT outsourcing company. The software is user-friendly, only requiring an eight-digit number to connect with clients, making the process quicker and simpler. Some of my clients are so familiar with the software that they have it ready when I call. The icon is also very distinguishable, making it easy for clients to locate on their desktop or website. A valuable feature is the ability to establish an "always on" connection, allowing me to quickly check the system's operation without direct interaction with the clients. I can also save and categorize computers in groups, which saves me time. The system's stability and reliability are impressive, and I've never experienced an incident where I couldn't provide remote support due to ISL issues. The sessions can be paused and transferred to another operator, allowing for uninterrupted collaboration from the client's side. The software also offers many features like RDP.

I value the ability to have multiple sessions open simultaneously. I particularly enjoyed features like the pointing device, monitor switching, video session recording, and chat facility that stays on the client's screen even after the session has ended. The file transfer capability is excellent, and the function to switch so that a supported client can view my desktop has been useful at times.Working with Apple devices can be a bit challenging, but there are helpful guides on the ISL website to assist with navigating the necessary settings and permissions that the client needs to grant.I chose ISL Light because it seemed to offer.

I consider ISL Light as a Swiss knife, it's my go-to tool for any remote work. I can't envision working without it. It's user-friendly, highly dependable, and packed with numerous useful features. However, it doesn't provide an option to establish a sort of VPN between the client and support during an active ISL session, which would allow the support tech to access any device on the client's LAN. I also wish it could initiate a session with preset parameters, eliminating the need for client confirmation or permission - just full access once the client runs the app. Additionally, I would appreciate a proper file manager for handling files between computers. I switched to ISL Light because I prefer its interface, it's more reliable, and it's Slovenian. The vendor responded to my feedback, suggesting the use of custom tunnels and ISL AlwaysOn for initiating sessions without client confirmation. They also mentioned that they already have a file.
