I think Google Docs is the best writing/document program I've used. However, adding emails can be stressful and the email accessibility feature needs improvement. It's fast, easy to use, and organizing data is straightforward. I can easily retrieve documents by searching with keywords, date, and time. But, sharing documents through email or other apps can be difficult, as some customers have complained about not being able to open the files.

Excellent Tool for All Users
I really like using Google Docs because it's user-friendly and helps with my writing. It lets me format my work, find old documents, and share them easily. My only problem is the absence of an offline version, which would be handy during internet outages. I chose Google Docs for its simplicity and convenience. I switched from Microsoft Word, which wasn't free after I graduated from college, to Google Docs to avoid extra costs.
