Using Freshdesk makes solving customer issues and documenting recurring problems very easy. I can log in daily, confident that emails are being properly documented. Modifying ticket fields, adding more reporting options, and using automations for basic processes are all simple tasks, allowing me to focus on more complex ones. Freshdesk's ticketing system is excellent and user-friendly. The call feature is also straightforward. However, the reports function could use some improvement. I switched to Freshcaller from Intercom, which I found too complicated.

I do appreciate that the phones are linked to my ticketing system, allowing me to automatically see who is calling and their previous tickets. However, my connection between Freshcaller and Freshsales has been broken for four months with no estimated repair time. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, the issue remains unresolved. I switched to Freshcaller for its connectivity, but this is only beneficial if it actually works.
