Effortless Online Experience with Excellent Customer Service
I am very satisfied with the Flow software. The online process is easy and the customer portal is great. Flow insurance is underwritten by LV, who we used last year and they were also excellent. The levels of coverage with Flow are much better than most others, yet they were still the best value insurance provider on the market at the time of the quote. Surprisingly, we managed to save £14 a year and still remain with LV as policy underwriters. It's quite unbelievable.

Unsettled by Data Ownership Issues
I decided not to use Flow as my project management software, choosing ASANA instead, which I preferred and was priced the same. I appreciated Flow's quick and honest responses when I sought information online and through email. However, I was disappointed that they couldn't delete my personal details and account, only deactivate it. I find it unacceptable that I can't request to have my information deleted, a policy that might also exist in other software, which I also find unacceptable.

Perfect Solution for Streamlined Project Planning and Management
Flow speeds up project planning and progress by breaking down the work and allowing me to visualize user activity. This aids in assigning tasks to those who are free, ensuring the project is completed in the least amount of time. I value Flow as it offers incredibly useful features for business-level project management, such as planning, task assignment, and progress visualization. The process becomes simpler and more organized as the shared workflow decreases, allowing for quicker progress on each project. The interface is intuitive and organized, providing a comprehensive view from a single screen and accessibility from any location or device. Rather than having downsides, I believe it needs to introduce new features to make usage easier and offer more customization for a more comfortable user experience.

Effortless Online Setup
The software, Flow, was easy to set up and provides good insurance coverage. I was originally insured with LV, the underwriter, and I found it confusing that LV, being part of the same group, couldn't match the price. So, I insured through this site.

My Daily Guide for Task Management!
I believe that Flow helps keep our company organized and on track. It serves as our guide to knowing what needs to be done and who is responsible for it. I particularly value the catch-up feature that keeps us informed about the team's activities. The task list can be filtered by any team member and the tags and filters are potent tools for task organization. The app is user-friendly and can be utilized by everyone in the company. I am impressed with the support and the new interface/design. However, I am not satisfied with the need to pay extra for guest accounts, but I've heard this will change soon. I also wish I could assign multiple people to a task.

Among the Best I've Experienced
Initially, I was reluctant to use Flow, assuming that my team selected it for its aesthetic appeal rather than its functionality. However, after a few months of use, I discovered it to be a perfect balance and fell in love with it. I appreciated every aspect of it, from participating in the beta testing and providing feedback, to the in-product chat feature. Despite the mobile app not being as impressive, I adored the interface, the filtering, searching, team organization, project and task management, and the option to view in a browser or download the app. The only drawback was the mobile apps, which didn't provide the same ease of use as the desktop version.
