I recently completed a refinance with Jason at Equify Lending. He was exceptional throughout the entire process - extremely responsive and always on top of things. I have typically used large consumer banks for my mortgage needs, so this was my first time using a broker. Jason ensured I understood all my options and promptly and professionally answered all my questions. He offered me the best rate and a very quick closing. I highly recommend him!

I am very satisfied with how Jason runs Equify, presenting all necessary details without any sales pitch, allowing for quick decision making. He keeps me updated on the status through weekly calls and text updates. His experience with other lenders is beneficial as he provides insights on whether they are offering their best deals. For instance, he informed me about the increase in the jumbo loan limit in January, something my current lender failed to do. He pointed out that by reducing the principal by less than $5K, I could get a lower rate for a conforming loan. I am grateful for his help.
