Superb Tool for Newsletter Creation and List Management
After using a different service for eight years that began experiencing functionality issues, I decided to give EmailOctopus a try based on a recommendation and I haven't regretted it. Everything works flawlessly with EmailOctopus. It's simple to import lists, establish lead capture pages for new subscribers, design newsletter templates, and launch campaigns. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the ability to link social media accounts instead of manually posting links to campaign emails on Facebook and Twitter. I chose EmailOctopus because it was affordable and it performed specific functions better than Sendgrid, which I still use for some other projects. I made the switch to EmailOctopus because my previous service was becoming more complicated and less reliable.

I use EmailOctopus for email marketing, taking advantage of Amazon's SAS service. Alternatively, I can send through their shared IPs. I find their interface easy to use. I haven't used their email builder much, as I typically use my own HTML template or send simple text emails. I use this service to send emails to my customers and have been satisfied with their deliverability over the years.

Never Encountered a More Complex Software
I've never encountered a more complex mailing service than EmailOctopus! Furthermore, when I purchased their premium plan and it didn't work from the first day, they refused to refund me, claiming that I had used their premium plan, even though I hadn't used it for even a day! It's a complete rip-off!
