Indispensable Tool for Meaningful and Effective Content!
At the beginning, I received excellent training and all my questions were promptly answered. The tool is continuously evolving, with an increasing number of useful features being added. I'm a huge fan! It's a comprehensive package! It ranges from understanding what your target audience is interested in, gathering inspiration for content, and receiving advice on how to best convey your message, to collecting data to constantly enhance your content. Honestly, I can't identify any negatives! I switched to Coosto for its capabilities, user-friendliness, and focus. With OBI, the emphasis was more on bots, which I didn't find very beneficial. With Coosto, the focus is more on content, which is exactly what I need!

Great Tool!
Here's my review of the software, Coosto: It gives a useful summary of upcoming social media posts and lets me add multiple accounts. It also lets me label posts differently and create reports, providing market insights. However, it doesn't support all posting functions, so I still have to manually post some things. I switched to Coosto because Storychief wasn't the right fit for us.

Exploring Coosto: A One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management
I find Coosto extremely convenient as it allows me to handle almost all aspects of social media from one place. I no longer need to log into each account individually, plan posts, or engage. The main benefits for us are the ability to easily schedule posts, especially since we manage multiple accounts and it can be challenging to keep track. Engaging from Coosto is also straightforward, eliminating the need to log into all accounts. However, I find it inconvenient that I can't schedule stories or reels. I understand this is due to platform restrictions, but it would be a significant improvement for us, especially as these platforms continue to add new features. I switched to Coosto because I noticed that certain posts scheduled on Later were not being posted. Overall, I am generally satisfied with Coosto. As for the new features of social platforms, we will incorporate them as soon as we gain access.

NBG is a Satisfied User.
The Dutch-Flemish Bible Society is a satisfied user of Coosto! Scheduling all our social media channels is very easy, and responding is also easily managed with Coosto. The monthly reports can be customized to our own preferences and provide a lot of insight. And if you have any questions, someone is always ready and quick to help! The only downside is that the app doesn't always work to our liking, so we do almost everything online.

Superior Webcare Tool: Coosto
I find Coosto to be a pleasant tool. It operates quickly and everything is self-explanatory. I appreciate the increasing number of features it offers. I can add numerous streams and it's great that the tool can automatically label messages. It also handles high traffic efficiently. However, it's a drawback that not all social media platforms can be linked to this tool, which can sometimes be inconvenient. Also, I can't see my responses to people, so I have to check the completed messages for this. If there are thousands of messages, this can be quite time-consuming. It's also unfortunate that I can't switch accounts. I switched to Coosto because of the customer's preference for its ease of use.
