Limited functionality on some connections: While TapClicks integrates with most data sources, the functionality on some connections can be quite limited, restricting the full potential of the tool

Inability to change data view once a widget is created: This limitation can slow down the process of creating new dashboards, as it requires the creation of a new widget for each different data view.

Frequent updates can disrupt existing products: While regular updates can introduce new features, they can also inadvertently cause problems with existing products, leading to unexpected errors
-
User-unfriendliness: Despite offering a wide range of integrations, the platform can be difficult to navigate, even for tech-savvy users, and can be more challenging to use than other similar tools
-
Difficulty in producing accurate reports: Even with support from a Customer Success Manager, some users have reported difficulty in producing usable, accurate reports

Businesses with Multiple Trackable Aspects: Companies that need to view the impact of campaigns on each other across different platforms within a specific time period. TapClicks is an excellent tool for pinpointing strengths and weaknesses, although it can become disorganized if the information is not inputted correctly
Data Analysts: Users who need to import and integrate custom data into reports. They may initially struggle with the learning curve, particularly with custom connections, but the software's regular updates and new releases have simplified things
Client Reporting Teams: Teams that need to provide clients with a transparent, real-time dashboard and reporting hub. Despite a challenging learning curve and some limitations in functionality, TapClicks integrates with most data sources and offers both dashboard visualizations and quick reports

Consolidate Your Data with TapClicks!
Tapclicks is an obvious choice for businesses with multiple trackable aspects. It enables me to view the impact of campaigns on each other across different platforms within a specific time period. It's an excellent tool for pinpointing strengths and weaknesses. The software has a simple report exporting system and the customer service is ready to offer a customized experience for my company. However, it can become disorganized if the information is not inputted correctly.

Effective for Most Tasks
My overall experience with TapClicks has been largely positive, despite a challenging learning curve due to its lack of intuitiveness. Once I mastered it, it functioned well, though it can be somewhat tedious. I feel there are several features that should be included, such as the ability to filter results, exclude lines with zero values, and correct calculation errors. Despite these shortcomings, I still consider TapClicks to be the best current option for providing our clients with a transparent, real-time dashboard and reporting hub. It integrates with most of our data sources and offers both dashboard visualizations and quick reports. However, the functionality on some connections is quite limited.

Robust Multi-Channel Dashboard with Great Value, Continually Improving
I appreciate the vast number of APIs in TapClicks, which are growing daily, allowing data from various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Twitter, etc., to be directly imported. However, I found the data import feature quite challenging to use when the platform first evolved. This feature is only useful when there's no existing API to directly import the data.

Four Years with TapClicks: A Journey of Support and Innovation
My overall experience with TapClicks has been positive. I appreciate the prompt responses from our representative and the supportive team. They have implemented most of the features we requested like new data views, Report Studio, and date comparisons. However, I'm disappointed that once a widget is created, we can no longer change the data view of the data source, a feature that used to save us significant time when creating new dashboards.

Problem-solving prowess with TapClicks
I consider TapClicks a fantastic tool for reporting and monitoring. It's user-friendly with numerous pre-set forms, and even without them, all tasks can be accomplished easily. I would appreciate more plugins, but whenever I require one, TapClicks consistently takes the initiative to find methods to connect or integrate it for me.

Letdown by TapClicks
I was looking for a solution to create campaign-based reports for my clients, with campaigns usually lasting between 3-6 months and involving multiple channels. TapClicks seemed like the perfect solution as it offered a wide range of integrations with platforms we needed, such as LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and the option to integrate more manual data sources via Google Sheets. However, I found the platform to be not very user-friendly, even for some of our more tech-savvy digital marketers, compared to other tools we've used in the past like Supermetrics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, DashThis, PowerBI, etc. TapClicks did provide a Customer Success Manager to support our implementation, but even after 6 months of support, we were unable to produce a single usable, accurate report. We considered ending our agreement early due to our dissatisfaction, but were met with a rather rude conversation with a member of their C-Suite.
