However, I took this as an opportunity to appreciate their proactive approach in keeping me informed. The website appears to be undergoing some updates, which I am excited about as it shows they are constantly striving to improve their user experience. While I am eagerly awaiting my furniture, I am also exploring various avenues to share my experience with Briq. I am considering reaching out to the media or even legal channels, not out of frustration, but to highlight how they handle such situations. I am genuinely looking forward to seeing how this situation unfolds and am optimistic about the outcome. Despite the minor hiccup, I remain a satisfied customer and am excited to see my new furniture!

Ensure Its Compatibility Before Purchase
I purchased Briq for AP automation in my business. The setup was challenging and it didn't work as expected initially. I think it would have been effective if we could have integrated it with our accounting system. After three initial meetings and attempts to integrate Briq with our accounting system, we discovered it wouldn't integrate correctly. Despite Briq only investing about 15 man hours, they declined to refund any of our $8k annual payment. The best they could do was offer a $4k credit for future deals in the next three years. I feel like they cheated us.

My overall experience with Briq has been fantastic! It's user-friendly, straightforward, and provides all the essential data for reports, significantly outperforming Microsoft Excel. The simplicity and relevant data tracking for all levels and management are remarkable. I can establish my own standards for company-specific spreadsheets and implement them. There are occasional integration issues, but they are minor.
