      Highly Impressed (Genuine Review)

      This is a genuine review. I am extremely satisfied with this company. I ordered an egg chair on 14/2/23 and it arrived on 16/2/23. There was a minor issue with the delivery address, but I contacted the company on Facebook and they responded within an hour to resolve my issue, no questions asked. Two very pleasant delivery guys placed my egg chair in my chosen room and that was it. I was concerned about the negative reviews, which I didn't see until after my purchase, but my experience has been excellent, so I have no idea what went wrong previously.
