      Excellent Communication Tool!

      I really appreciate the simplicity of using Botsplash for communicating with my borrowers. However, I wished that multiple people within the company could text with the borrower without having to wait for transfers. I received a response from the vendor, thanking me for my review and informing me about the "Shared Conversation" feature they launched two months ago. This feature allows multiple people, like the Loan Officer and Processor, to join a conversation and engage at the same time, eliminating the need for transfers. All assigned agents receive alerts and notifications, and there's also a "mute" feature if needed. They expressed hope to continue impressing me and my team by providing the best tools to make conversations easy, convenient, and enjoyable, helping us to close more deals faster. They replied in May 2019.

      I find Botsplash a convenient tool for communicating with borrowers who prefer texting over calls or emails. However, I sometimes face issues when trying to reply to a customer's text, as it informs me that I don't have the permission to do so because they are assigned to the loan originator. This necessitates me to navigate to the overview screen in their file to send a response. In response to my feedback, the vendor introduced a "shared conversation" feature in February, which enables both me and the loan originator to send messages simultaneously. They suggested that I contact Botsplash Admin at AmeriSave if I have any queries about this feature. I value their response to my review.

      I appreciate the quick customer access that botsplash offers. However, I find the new alert sound too frequent and it lacks a volume adjustment feature. My company promised me certain features that are not available. I can't access documents texted in without first saving them to my computer. The system freezes daily, forcing me to quit Internet Explorer. Even when I'm logged in, it sends me emails as if I weren't. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating they have now added a volume adjustment feature and thanked me for my review.
