As a dog trainer, I find Acuity less than perfect as it doesn't meet my specific needs of visiting different homes without a fixed location. It doesn't have the capability to save dog information and their addresses for easy scheduling. However, I do find its online booking feature convenient and its integration with Zoom seamless. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with their customer service when they couldn't help me with my renewal due to a system bug that stopped me from updating my card. The lack of a feature to save client addresses is a major downside, especially since I need to travel to their places. Also, unlike Calendly, Acuity doesn't support "one off meetings".
