I believe the free version should include more features, especially the calendar view, which is incredibly useful.       The app is good, but the customer support is terrible. Despite having the option to chat with support, they often miss my messages and take days to respond. Once I report an error, they disappear until I send reminders. My friends who use Quickbooks seem to have a more customer-friendly experience. Zoho, you will lose customers if you don't improve your support!
