Outstanding software competing with those priced 1x higher
I find Sendible to offer all the functionality I need at a much lower price compared to bigger platforms like Sprout Social and Soci. I am particularly impressed with their excellent customer service. However, I have issues with not being notified via email about bounced posts. It's frustrating that my clients receive these error emails and have to forward them to me. I would rather be notified first so I can fix the issue. I chose Sendible for its price, functionality, and customer service. The salesperson who gave me the demo and free trial was very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I switched to Sendible because we needed to post directly to Instagram, a feature that Social Report lost. The vendor responded to my review, saying they are looking at ways to improve the bounced notifications.

My overall experience with Sendible has been extremely positive. I've found their customer service to be exceptional, unlike other platforms I've used. I'm excited about growing my business with Sendible and feel like they're a true partner in managing my content. I appreciate the ability to plan and schedule content for multiple clients at once. There are a few missing features, like posting to stories, but I understand there may be API issues preventing this. I appreciate that Sendible is always improving and adding new posting options. I've had some issues with posting certain videos due to their dimensions, and I wish the software could automatically reformat videos that I haven't modified, so they still post automatically. I chose Sendible for its affordable pricing and was impressed by the user-friendly interface and excellent customer support once I started using it. I switched to Sendible after Fanbooster closed and it came highly recommended.

However, the micro package priced at $29/mo is quite high compared to HootSuite and other popular social media management tools. I believe they need to provide more attractive pricing for their clients as $29/mo is not affordable for individual users like me. Sendible offers demonstrations to new clients to understand their tools accessibility and how easy it is to handle social media networks using their software. If you're interested, the company will arrange a live video conference with you to discuss the available features from Sendible.

I picked Sendible based on recommendations and reviews, but was let down when the trial period was shortened from 30 days to 2 weeks. I initially liked the Android app and its features, like Canva integration, planning calendars, and Instagram post scheduling. However, the app stopped functioning on the first day and I received no help. My email request for assistance was answered after two days, stating that trial users don't get help. Also, the pricing plan I was considering changed, offering fewer features for less money. A representative reached out to me with alternatives, but I haven't heard back in a week. I'm giving one star for their attitude and one for my overall experience. Despite the user-friendly interface, pricing plan, calendar, Canva integration, and Instagram features, I'm probably going to choose another product due to the lack of support and changes in plans and features.
