Stackby has filled the gaps left by our other SAAS tools and helped us discover new stack setups to enhance our tasks and procedures. I find Stackby very easy to set up and use, with a minimal learning curve. This makes it less daunting for less technical individuals compared to other software like Excel or Access. I value the form view that allows for the addition of new rows with no technical effort. The software provides a wide range of customizable templates. I also appreciate the capability to create and save customized filtered views of data. The layout is more readable compared to spreadsheet software like Sheets. I can expand and view rows of data sequentially like a CRM where I can input reminders, checklists, notes, and internal conversations. However, transferring data between tables can be slightly frustrating, but I understand that this issue is being addressed. I switched to Stackby because it provides better data visibility, the ability to view data in multiple layouts, ease of use, superior sharing options, and a much lower technical knowledge user threshold. The vendor responded to my review, expressing appreciation for my feedback and assuring me of future improvements.

What I appreciate most about Stackby is its extensive database of templates. I'm still learning to utilize it fully, but it's already solving many of my data organization issues, saving me a lot of time. While Google sheets are useful, they lack when it comes to integrating data from third parties. With Stackby, I can effortlessly update prospect data in a spreadsheet using third-party APIs, without any programming skills. It feels like magic. The ability to create ad hoc solutions for my company is why I chose Stackby.
