I've found Stackby to be incredibly responsive, helpful, and effective. They've nailed the customer experience, making everything else fall into place. The tool is versatile, allowing me to organize data, create systems, and keep track of sales, marketing, and business assets. The new Zapier (Beta) integration also opens up possibilities for data transfer within my technology ecosystem. I've started using Stackby as a Digital Asset Management System and a Deal Management System for financial transactions. I was pleasantly surprised to find relevant templates for my industry, the PE/VC space, already available. The templates seem well thought out and tailored to the needs of their respective industries. However, it's not all perfect. There are a few functional aspects that need improvement. But the good news is that the company is quick to respond and work on these issues. I switched to Stackby from Airtable, a product I've been a power user of for a long time. Indispensable Asset for Our Business Operations
The interplay between columns and stacks makes Stackby an excellent hybrid tool. Initially, I intended to use it to replace our current budget in Google Sheets, but I had difficulty making the cells work with the same formulas we use for calculations like percentages. It was somewhat clunky, and the only place we could get totals was at the bottom of the stack, which didn't translate well into a readable working budget. However, I chose Stackby because it's an invaluable tool. I've used Airtable and Infinity, but for the value and commitment to dynamically adapting their toolset, Stackby has been crucial for tracking our growing list of clients and their onboarding process. Their templates are great starters and the support is quick and efficient. There are still some growing pains, but the utility of this software far outshines them. The vendor responded to my review, offering to help me create a budget tracker in Stackby and directing me to a template. They also provided their support chat.

Beware of this Company: A Fraudulent, Poor Imitation Software.
I had a negative experience with Stackby, which I found to be an expensive and inferior version of Airtable. I used it for a few days but requested a refund due to frequent service disruptions. I had to cancel my account via email because the platform wouldn't allow me to delete my account, presumably to continue charging me. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
