They couldn't transfer me to a manager at that time, as all staff were busy, but I understood that everyone has busy days. I wasn't notified in advance about the suspension, which had been in place for half a month. This was a bit of a setback, but it taught me the importance of regularly checking my account status. As a result, I lost two orders and had to deal with upset customers. This was a challenging situation, but it gave me a chance to improve my customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
