It took them a month to acknowledge a known issue with the checkout process and six months to fix a bug that was deleting orders even when payments were successful. Now, there's another bug that changes the URL every time an existing product is added to a new category, which is disastrous for SEO. My site is now filled with 44 errors. BigCommerce is extremely slow in fixing these fundamental issues. There's no visibility of tickets or their progress, and account managers just report that there's no progress, seemingly indifferent. Big clients are getting restless or switching to better platforms. I can't think of many platforms that are worse than this.
