My overall experience with Schedulista has been excellent. I value the numerous customizable features it provides without being too complicated to use. The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing my queries and concerns. However, the software does have some limitations, like not being able to take credit card numbers. It also doesn't integrate with EHR, so I'll need to switch to a different software when I transition from paper to electronic files. The vendor responded to my review, stating that while they don't have a full point of sale system, they can capture credit card information at the time of booking for later charges, typically used for no-show fees.

I find the Schedulista software excellent and it's loved by both my clients and myself. The support provided is clear, concise, and friendly whenever I need help. The software is simple, effective, and affordable. I've recommended it to several colleagues who are solo practitioners to streamline scheduling, avoid phone tag, and reduce "no shows". My only concern is that they might add more features and subsequently increase the price. I appreciate the vendor's response and their gratitude for spreading the word about online scheduling.
