      Schedulista has significantly eased my transition from being an employee to owning my own salon studio. Their customer service is prompt and patient, assisting me in structuring my services and settings. They were understanding and kind during the 2020 pandemic when my business was closed for 8 weeks. I am entirely satisfied with Schedulista. The software is straightforward and user-friendly. My clients love it, and I appreciate having a virtual assistant to send out appointment reminders and take appointments after hours, saving me a lot of time. My only suggestion would be to add a feature to make a client "inactive" without deleting their file or history and to allow multiple client files under one email address. I chose Schedulista because I liked the look and feel of the site and felt it offered good value for the cost. Their excellent customer service and the convenience of having it at my fingertips with little daily effort or concerns are also significant advantages for me.

      I've been using Schedulista for about three years. Initially, it was great and my clients loved the autonomy it provided in scheduling their own appointments. However, I encountered some glitches, but my clients didn't seem to mind. I must caution against syncing it with Google as it causes issues and sometimes prevents appointment changes due to perceived unauthorized Google changes. I've tried contacting the developers, but they've largely ignored my concerns. I now deal with Schedulista issues almost daily and my clients are beginning to experience glitches too. I'm currently seeking a better alternative. Despite its problems, it remains the most flexible app for managing recurring appointments and a constantly changing schedule. However, it's unpredictable whether an appointment will be set or deleted, often requiring multiple attempts.
