I value the support from the Recurly team, they're incredibly helpful and I'd be lost without them. I haven't used other programs for comparison, but I feel Recurly fulfills most of our needs. I'm fond of its design and user-friendly interface. However, I wish there was more customization in terms of reporting and I find it somewhat unintuitive. I miss having tooltips to guide me through the software. Even though there's a Help section and FAQ, it takes time to find the information I need. The vendor responded positively to my feedback and suggested I check the documentation for improvements in reporting features.

Effortless Operation with Recurly
In the end, I decided to leave Recurly. I attempted to negotiate a better deal on the Enterprise plan with their Customer Success manager, but they didn't seem to understand that I was considering other options. They didn't appear interested in keeping me as a customer, so I left. I did appreciate the system's reliability - it always worked and we never had any complaints from customers about invoices or payments. However, it took them a long time to implement direct debit. The vendor responded to my departure with disappointment and acknowledged their shortcomings. They noted that Recurly serves over 2200 businesses with their subscription management platform and are always open to improvement. They invited me to contact their support email if I need help in the future and wished me well.

It's not a major problem, but it can be inconvenient at times. The vendor responded positively to my feedback, inviting me to share if there's anything they can do to enhance my experience. Recurly offers excellent settings that allow me to access only the necessary information and restrict access to the rest. It has greatly enhanced my billing management. Once I understood how to use it, it became incredibly easy! Essentially, I can obtain all the information I need with just a couple of clicks. I also appreciate the time and date stamped records, which make it easier for me to locate the data I need for payments and billing issues. The only downside to Recurly is its requirement for me to frequently generate new passwords. Apart from that, it's perfect. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and their willingness to improve my experience if possible.
