Highly Efficient Tool with Excellent Support
I had a fantastic experience with Qobra. It's user-friendly and straightforward. Prior to Qobra, I spent significantly more time on tasks, as did my Account Executives. The team is incredibly supportive and agile. However, there's no information on potential future deal commissions, but it's part of their future plans. I chose Qobra because it's a superior product with a better customer team.

Quick to Grasp: Qobra's User-Friendly Interface
Qobra enables me to daily challenge my sales team through real-time tracking of sales and bonuses. The tool is extremely user-friendly for both the user and the moderator, which is greatly appreciated and quickly engages users. Although the setup is quick, for some specific commission plans, the learning curve is slightly more technical and thus takes a bit longer. However, overall, the tool is easy to understand.

The customer service is highly responsive and the tool is continuously evolving with new features added monthly. However, it currently lacks an analytical component, but this is being developed.

Overall, my experience with Qobra has been fantastic! The tool is user-friendly and incredibly beneficial for team members as it allows them to view their variables in real time, promoting genuine transparency in achieving their objectives. As an administrator, I find the product very straightforward to implement, largely due to the excellent support from the Qobra team. As a user, I use it daily and it provides me with a crystal clear view of my goals and their progress. However, I sometimes encounter difficulties as an administrator when managing the start and end dates of team members. It's also challenging to customize the variables for a single team member if they have a different variable model from others over a specific period.

Outstanding Service and Product
The product is highly intuitive, enabling us to create complex compensation models. The sales team is outstanding, providing smooth onboarding and responsive customer service. The product adds real value to our team, resulting in excellent adoption. All of our sales team members (20 in total) use it more than once a week. A commission simulation feature for sales would be a useful addition, but the product is quickly evolving. We chose Qobra over three competitors because of its superior user experience and better integration with our tools.

I particularly value the integration with Salesforce, the tool's flexibility, and its ease of use provided by Qobra. It has helped us resolve several issues related to bonuses, such as the flexibility in the calculation method, which is especially useful in hyper-growth companies like ours where the system is reviewed at least annually. It also provides visibility on the calculation method for our users, both live and historically, which was previously quite unclear. Moreover, it allows us to record adjustments if retroactive changes are made in our CRM, without losing the history. Practically, we save hours of re-explaining the bonus system or correcting operational errors, and it has empowered managers to be more autonomous in managing them. We don't face any significant limitations with Qobra. We chose Qobra because the answers to my technical questions during the presentation were more relevant.

We selected Qobra to tackle two problems: the ability to easily compute sales commissions (thus reducing manual labor at the end of the month and eliminating errors) and to provide these calculations in a transparent, real-time manner to alleviate sales frustrations when viewing their pay slips. The software deployment was smooth and we received effective assistance from Qobra in setting up commission plans and quickly becoming self-sufficient. The team is highly dedicated to these commissioning issues and guided us on the best practices seen in the market and among their clients to make the commission plan a true performance driver. The tool was immediately embraced by the sales team and was commended by our teams who enjoy complete transparency of their earnings for each of their sales activities. Qobra enables real-time calculation of sales commissions for each of our sales, which is a crucial advantage to lessen commission-related frustrations and restore confidence in salespeople so they can concentrate on selling. We were particularly impressed with the support provided by the teams.
