I believe ProWorkflow is probably the best software for time tracking, project management, time sheets, and collaboration. It even allows messages with attachments! We're constantly discovering new features that are making our freelance and graphic/web design work easier. I strongly recommend ProWorkflow because it simply works! I also want to mention that Nick Warwood has been incredibly helpful with an unbelievably fast response time.

ProWorkflow: A Solid Choice for Project Management
As the Marketing Director for my company, I find proworkflow to be a valuable tool for managing my small marketing team. I have three licenses for it and believe it offers good value for money. It allows for detailed task management and provides a comprehensive view of all projects and their due dates on a single screen. Tasks can be categorized under specific headings within a single project. However, I find the mobile app less useful as it only shows tasks specifically assigned to me, which isn't helpful as a department manager needing to oversee all projects. Additionally, the software isn't very intuitive. It took me some time to understand its core functionality after creating many projects. Despite these drawbacks, I still find it to be a useful tool overall.

Top-notch system for our creative agency!
I've been using PWF for the past 4 years and I couldn't imagine switching to a different system. It provides everything I need and if it doesn't, the PWF team is likely already working on it. I particularly appreciate the constant updates and improvements that help my business grow. New features are added regularly and the direct integration with my Xero account is a significant advantage, eliminating the need for double entry of invoices. Thanks, PWF!

Outstanding Project Management, Superior Customer Service.
The customer service from ProWorkflow is the best I've ever experienced with any company. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I receive a prompt, sometimes immediate, response through email or a call. They even provide personalized how to videos if I'm unsure about something. I've been using PWF for about 4 years and I absolutely love it. The support team, especially Jack and Wendy, are fantastic. Thank you, PWF!

Effortless User Experience
I value ProWorkflow for its ability to provide visibility of all our activities across our team and its capability to generate reports for the executive team. It's web-based, user-friendly, customizable, and includes a customer portal and notifications. However, it falls short in providing a good mobile app. We transitioned to ProWorkflow from SharePoint, which was not apt for this application.

Unlocking Project Management Excellence with ProWorkflow
I highly value ProWorkflow. After thorough research, I believe it's the best project management tool out there. It does require some tweaks to our processes and workflow for optimal use. I particularly like its task management, organization, and collaboration features. We've also managed to integrate it successfully with Salesforce. However, the user interface could be enhanced for a more professional look. The main reason we chose ProWorkflow was due to its more feasible integration with Salesforce.
