However, its limitations as a sales CRM have required us to be innovative in our data recording and management. Setting up Scoro is straightforward and managing users is relatively easy, but it does require some expertise. I particularly value the Gantt Chart feature for quick project progress overviews and the ease of creating and assigning multiple tasks. However, I would advise that the team and company fully set up Scoro to prevent individual team members from making customizations. A drawback is Scoro's limited integrations with other solutions and its UK and European-based format for postal codes and addresses, which can be confusing. We switched to Scoro because we needed a project management tool.

We've Found Our Base!
My experience with Scoro has been exceptional. It has become a crucial part of my work life, significantly aiding in keeping our team connected and informed. We were able to master the software within a week due to its short learning curve. The numerous integrations that Scoro provides have saved us time and increased our productivity. I hope that Scoro will eventually be able to integrate with Gmail. We opted for Scoro because it offered more affordable features. We transitioned to Scoro as our previous software could not accommodate our growing company's needs.

Great Product, Terrible CSM
The software is ideal for project managers who want everything in one place, but the customer service is terrible! Since I started, I've been receiving at least 2 spam emails daily and the sales representative even added me on LinkedIn, which is unacceptable! It feels more like stalking than spamming.
