Embrace Scoro for Streamlined Project Management
Scoro has been a significant relief for my team, acting as a central hub for information and tracking progress on projects and individual tasks. However, its limitations as a sales CRM have required us to be innovative in our data recording and management. Setting up Scoro is straightforward and managing users is relatively easy, but it does require some expertise. I particularly value the Gantt Chart feature for quick project progress overviews and the ease of creating and assigning multiple tasks. However, I would advise that the team and company fully set up Scoro to prevent individual team members from making customizations. A drawback is Scoro's limited integrations with other solutions and its UK and European-based format for postal codes and addresses, which can be confusing. We switched to Scoro because we needed a project management tool.
