Excellent Platform, Superior Customer Support
I think the system and service of ProWorkflow are amazing! However, I believe the reporting functionality could be improved as it's difficult to get simple reports. Thankfully, my service rep was able to build the reports I needed in his own time. I really hope they improve the reporting functionality.

I find proworkflow significantly easier for ensuring all time is billed. I value when my team and I can fill a day with tracked time, confirming that nothing has been missed before billing. Capturing all the time we spend on projects more than compensates for the monthly PWF license, making us more profitable. I also appreciate the ability to organize projects and delegate tasks effectively from anywhere, at any time. However, I think the Xero integration could be better. Once an invoice is sent to Xero, it's impossible to make any changes. I'd also like to categorize line items into Xero's revenue accounts directly from PWF. Additionally, I find it time-consuming to add a quick task to a project while on a call with a client. I usually end up taking notes in a text file because it's faster and easier, and then create tasks in PWF later when I have more time.

Experienced User of ProWorkflow Shares Insights
I have previously used ProWorkflow at a former company, along with other project management tools like monday.com, Asana, and Trello. In my experience, ProWorkflow has been the best system for project management. I appreciate its feature that allows me to see who has what tasks allocated for the day, week, or month. Unlike other systems, ProWorkflow has a timeline where I can hover and see the time allocated.

Not Quite a Planner: My Take on ProWorkflow
As a creative free-thinker, I often find project management systems frustrating. However, as my team expanded, managing tasks over email for more than 2 concurrent projects and personnel became inefficient. We were confused about status, quality was suffering, and things were falling through the cracks. We tried several tools before settling on ProWorkflow. My team has really enjoyed the Google Drive integration, colorful reports of project and task status, and built-in dashboarding. We also appreciate the ability to implement our own branding and embed the login page on other platforms. We haven't yet used the billing features, commenting and notes feature, or time tracking but we look forward to exploring more advanced reporting. We're still in the early stages of using the product but it has held our interest for several months. Onboarding with Nick has been an excellent experience. He really rallied for us to be successful and it feels great to have his support and a foundation of more smoothly running projects to grow from. We're starting 216 project planning now and the templates we've developed for standard workflows make us feel more confident about adding resources and starting new things without the fear that we will forget to deliver or lose track of the next most important actions.

Essential Business Tool, Highly Recommended!
I use ProWorkflow (PWF) multiple times daily and have noticed its consistent improvement. I depend on this tool to manage and grow my business, as it provides everything I need, from time tracking and project/task management to invoicing. While it may not have been the most visually appealing initially, it has improved over time. However, its functionality is what truly matters, and it doesn't disappoint. I considered many options, but choosing PWF was an easy decision. It has been a valuable asset to my company, and I can't imagine our operations without it. I switched to ProWorkflow from FunctionPoint because the latter was expensive and didn't focus on my company's priorities.
