Customizable, Sleek Forms with Subpar Website
I find Jotform highly customizable with numerous options suitable for most businesses. My clients seem to have an easy time using the forms I create. However, I initially found the user interface a bit tricky when trying to locate certain features. Despite this, I would recommend Jotform. However, I am currently experiencing issues as I am locked out of my account and unable to access my forms, which also affects my clients. Even after updating my password, the problem persists. I am also unable to post a question on the customer support page.

Jotform: Top Value for Your Money
I find Jotform easy to use and I appreciate the wide range of templates it offers. I also like the options it provides for adding instructions or information for customers after a form has been submitted. The ability to accept payments through various integrations and the Table feature are also beneficial. However, the cost can add up with the number of active forms I use, but I've learned to manage unused forms to free up space for new ones. I chose Jotform because it was simple to use and many of my peers were already using it. The vendor responded positively to my review, appreciating my feedback and offering support if needed.

Give JotForm a Shot
I really enjoy using Jotform due to its ease of setup and use, flexibility, tracking, and the ability to export data to an Excel file. I appreciate its conditional logic feature that guides the survey-taker. However, I rate it four stars because of a few suggestions for improvement. I recommend a Test Mode to prevent using up the monthly submission limit during testing. The preview function doesn't fully cover testing. Also, the monthly submission limits are unclear. I'm unsure if it's a rolling 3 days or a static month. I had 7 submissions left two weeks ago, and now I have 11 left, but my settings say submissions renew on a static date. If these issues are addressed, I would gladly give it a five-star rating.
