Effortless Data Collection from Field Staff with Jotform
I am extremely satisfied with Jotform for managing our department's forms. It enables us to gather data from our field personnel even when they don't have access to a desktop. The data is validated, securely stored, and automatically charted with our Power BI integration. This has solved a significant problem on our data side and provided an additional level of insight into our efforts. I especially appreciate the wide range of templates available. There are hundreds of templates for most common form types, so we've never had to design a form from scratch. We simply select a template, add a few custom questions or fields, and it's done. The only improvement I would suggest is the addition of live support. I chose Jotform because it seemed more advanced with better form fields and a superior mobile interface compared to others. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me for my feedback and informing me that they do have chat support available on the main Jotform page, unless there is high traffic.

The free plan offers limited payment acceptance, which is excellent for trial use. However, the paid plans can be quite expensive, particularly for unlimited forms. The multitude of features might be overwhelming for some users. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my feedback and offering help through their Support Contact Form.
