Effective with a Knowledgeable User at the Helm
My experience with iCIMS Talent Cloud was like a continuous improvement project that demanded constant attention. We brought in an implementer for setup, but numerous changes were still necessary. I spent countless hours with the iCIMS support team, who were extremely helpful, to ensure our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) was working properly. The customization options with iCIMS are impressive, allowing for the creation of various reports and integration with almost anything. However, to fully leverage the system, one needs to be proficient in its operation. It almost seems necessary to have an iCIMS admin on staff.

I've had an amazing experience with iCIMS Recruit. It's far superior to our previous ATS system. I love having everything in one place, from posting jobs to completing I-9's and reaching out to candidates. I've enjoyed everything about it - it's truly an excellent product and system. I switched to iCIMS Talent Cloud to gain more options for recruiting, onboarding, I-9's, and job posting. The vendor responded to my review in October 2019, expressing their delight in meeting my expectations and those of my organization.
