As a small business owner providing managed services (MSP) to my clients, I find that while Remote Monitoring solutions often offer some form of remote access, they simply can't compete with FixMe. By keeping them separate, I don't have to worry about setting up access from scratch if I decide to change RMM solutions in the future. For my residential clients, I can use FixMe alongside apps like CCleaner Cloud to connect and then patch applications. FixMe is essentially the foundation of my business. However, I would like to see electronic auditing as a future feature. I want to be able to view the system specs on an unattended system without having to manually connect and view it. A Mac client would also be a great addition.

Fantastic Utility!
I generally find FixMe.IT quite good as it enables me to access client desktops without the need to travel. However, it sometimes gets blocked by certain products or firewalls, preventing me from installing it at client sites. I chose FixMe.IT due to its location, user-friendliness, interface, and competitive pricing at the time.

Excellent Value for Money!
I appreciate the simple connection and unattended access feature of FixMe.IT as it allows me to connect to my end users easily and quickly. The software provides remote admin access to endpoints not connected to the local domain via VPN or other connection options, which is useful for setting up and troubleshooting issues. It's also more affordable than its competitors. However, the local admin access for restarting as a system service can be tricky. It's better to set up the PC and unattended access while on the local network to the domain before trying to gain unattended access. Unlike many competitors, FixMe.IT doesn't seem to offer the ability to run scripts or gather data about a device in the background without the end user noticing. I chose FixMe.IT because it was more cost-effective than my previous go-to, Logmein Rescue. The previous IT Manager was using Turbo meeting, which was not easy to connect. The cost and features of FixMe.IT made it worth trying.

Great Value for Managing Multiple Computers Remotely
I can remotely access any Windows PC using a convenient pin or unattended access with the software, fixme-it. Compared to its competitors, its price is fantastic. It possesses all the features I would expect at this price point and it's a very solid program. I've never encountered any issues with it and it always functions well. The support is good and responsive. Although it's a bit light on features, considering the price, I don't expect much more. I wish it would auto-refresh the unattended list. Sometimes, I have to revisit the unattended to check if the computer is back online after a reboot because the information on the home page doesn't update as quickly.

Effortless Remote Access with FixMe.IT
This software has saved me from a lot of travel as it allows me to remotely access and manage things. The PC doesn't need to be on a network, just connected to the internet. FixMe.IT is easy to explain to others how to allow connection. It's web-based and simple. It also has features that enable file transfer and screen sharing. There's nothing I dislike about FixMe.IT.

It's excellent for working with or troubleshooting remote computers, and its multi-session support allows me to work on several computers simultaneously, aiding in multitasking and goal achievement. It also supports file transfer, which simplifies remote work. I can record sessions for easier process review and teaching others by sharing the video. I can't identify any drawbacks, as the software performs exceptionally well.
