DoTimely's customer service is outstanding! Whether I reach out via call, email, or online chat, I always get quick responses. They are incredibly patient and always ready to answer my questions. They are extremely helpful and kind. After researching many pet softwares, I chose DoTimely for my pet care service business and it was the best decision I've ever made. The software is user-friendly and they provide easy guides on how to use it. They also keep me updated on any changes. Their customer service is exceptional and they respond very quickly, even in the middle of the night and on weekends. I highly recommend DoTimely to any pet sitting service. Currently, I have no complaints about this software.

Fantastic tool for optimizing valuable time
The DoTimely platform is incredibly user-friendly for both my business and my clients. I hardly ever get troubleshooting requests from my clients, so it doesn't increase my workload. Their customer service is quick to respond, allowing me to direct any client questions straight to them. The system is interconnected, with data shared across all sections, making it highly functional from any page. The features surpass my expectations and it provides everything I need. If there's something I want that isn't available, I can simply request it and they'll add it. Considering all the features and the time it saves me, the platform is very affordable. I estimate it saves me up to 80 hours of admin work a month. I appreciated the vendor's response in February 2018.

The ability to invoice my customers and create paystubs has also saved me time and money. I wish I could see my profit on this app with the invoices and pay stubs. Dotimely: A Game-Changing Tool for Small Businesses
As a new app, Dotimely still has some issues that need to be addressed. However, they are very responsive to feedback and quick to answer questions. They are also very helpful in resolving problems and if they can't fix something immediately, they add it to their list of future improvements. So far, they have resolved all the issues they promised to. This app has greatly simplified my business operations, making it much easier to book and close out appointments, and maintain accountability with my walkers. Both my clients and walkers love it. My clients particularly appreciate the GPS feature that allows them to confirm the walker's presence and the distance their dog was walked. This is crucial for a business like mine that relies on accountability. My only complaint is that some mistakes can't be corrected on my end, like putting the wrong expiration date on packages. I have to email them for such fixes. However, they usually resolve such issues within 5 minutes, so it's hard to complain.
